HPS is committed to providing the personnel assigned to your facilities and all necessary administrative support . HPS administrative staff has over forty years of experience working with GSA, Virginia licensing, DC licensing, and Maryland licensing. VEHICLES
HPS provides police cruisers/ patrol vehicles from a local ford dealer to support your agency contract. These vehicles will be equipped with full police packages including light bars, marked with the specifications of the contract. In addition, HPS currently had an inventory of five marked vehicles.
COMPUTER EQUIPMENT
HPS provides high-speed computer work stations with email capabilities for the project to ensure effective, timely and professional reporting and communication between the guards, supervisors, project officers, and HPS headquarters.
UNIFORMS/ EQUIPMENT
All security personnel issued properly fitted uniforms consistent with the requirement of this solicitation. Any individuality does not interfere with or distract from the proper wearing of the uniform. While on duty, personnel are required to wear the security uniform designed by HPS to support your agency. Security personnel are in uniform and maintain a neat, clean, and business-like appearance and comply with all dress standards while on duty. The uniforms are purchased from CCP in such quality as to ensure that all HPS personnel possesses a sufficient number of uniforms that result in a professional appearance.
COMMUNICATIONS
HPS provides Nextel Cellular phones and Motorola police radios to all key management personnel and shift supervisors. This digital phone and radio technology offers nationwide coverage as well as direct connect two way radios with text messaging and email features allowing direct information to be transmitted to our supervisory personnel. The utilization of cellular phones allows for a constant and open communication between employees and your agency.
In addition, HPS maintains a twenty four hour Command Center located at our branch office in Maryland as well as in our international branch office.
